Information collected through Microsoft Clarity may be processed by Microsoft in accordance with Microsoft’s terms and privacy information.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

Customer data relating to financial transactions may be kept for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting and legal record-keeping purposes. Contractor and employee data will be reduced to a minimum on completion of the contract or employment and retained only as necessary for legal, regulatory and reference purposes.
